React Health is the current name of 3B Medical, the Sarasota, Florida company behind the Luna line of CPAP, auto CPAP and bilevel machines; React Health's own patient FAQ describes itself as "React Health, formerly 3B Medical". The Luna devices are manufactured by BMC Medical Co., Ltd. of Beijing, and React Health is BMC's US importer. React Health sells prescription devices only to medical equipment suppliers (DMEs), not to patients. For error codes, repairs, warranty claims, replacement parts and compliance reports you go through the supplier that gave you the machine, and for any therapy change you go through your prescribing clinician.
