Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Some state laws, including Washington's My Health My Data Act, treat information that could suggest a health condition as consumer health data. Signing up for CPAP supply reminders could suggest that you use CPAP therapy, so we treat that sign-up as consumer health data.
What we collect
- Your email address, the mask type you choose (optional) and the date you signed up, so we can send replacement reminders.
- Nothing else: no diagnosis, prescription, sleep data, insurance or payment details.
How we use it
Only to send the reminders you asked for and the confirmation email that starts them. We collect it only after you tick the consent box and confirm by email.
Who we share it with
No one. We do not sell it, we do not share it with advertisers or retailers, and we do not upload the list, or hashed versions of it, to any advertising platform. Our own mail server sends the emails.
Your rights
- Delete: every reminder email has a one-click link that permanently deletes your record. You can also ask us to delete it.
- Withdraw consent: unsubscribe at any time from any email.
- Access: contact us and we will tell you exactly what we hold, which is the three items above.

Still not sleeping well on CPAP?
Most problems come down to the mask, the humidity or a leak. Work through the fixes, starting with the easiest.
