Resvent iBreeze 20A Auto CPAP error codes and alerts
Find the message on your screen below. Most alerts clear with a simple check: the water chamber seated, the tube connected, the filter clean. If a code keeps coming back after the fix, stop using the machine and contact your equipment supplier or the manufacturer.
System error code: XXXX Please try to restart, please contact the supplier if repeat.
What it means: A pressure sensor, flow sensor or blower failure during therapy, or a short circuit in the power board or humidifier heater. XXXX is a number shown on screen.
What to do: Write down the number, unplug the machine and plug it back in. If the message comes back, stop using it and contact your supplier.
Input voltage is abnormal, please check!
What it means: The power adapter is the wrong type, so the voltage is too high or too low.
What to do: Use only the power adapter supplied by Resvent.
High Leakage Volume.
What it means: The mask or tube is not connected properly, or the water tank is not fully in place.
What to do: Refit your mask, push the tube on firmly at both ends and check that the water tank is seated and locked.
Mask vent holes blocked.
What it means: The machine thinks the vent holes on your mask are covered.
What to do: Check that the vents are not blocked by bedding, your pillow or buildup, and clean the mask. Never cover the vents.
Apnea.
What it means: The machine detected an apnea longer than the alert setting.
What to do: Check your tube and mask connection. If you see this often, tell your prescribing clinician; do not change therapy settings yourself.
Low Minute Volume (MV), High or Low Respiratory Rate (RR), Low Tidal Volume (Vt), High Inspiration Pressure, Low Expiratory Pressure
What it means: Breathing or pressure readings crossed thresholds set on the machine. These are shown as low-level alerts without sound.
What to do: Check the tube and mask. If they keep appearing, contact your provider or prescribing clinician, who are the only ones who should change therapy settings.
SD Card Removed.
What it means: There is no SD card in the machine, or it was taken out.
What to do: Reinsert a working Resvent SD card.
SD card write/read underway, do not remove the SD card, do not cut off the power.
What it means: The machine is writing to or reading from the card.
What to do: Wait until it finishes before you remove the card or unplug.
SD Card Full, Please replace the SD Card.
What it means: The card has only about 200 MB of space left.
What to do: Ask your supplier for a new card, or export the data and clear the card.
SD card error, please remove and insert again.
What it means: The card failed or there was a read or write error.
What to do: Remove and reinsert the card, or replace it with a new Resvent card.
Non-original card, continue using please format.
What it means: The card came from a different device.
What to do: Use the card that came with your machine, or format the card on a computer before inserting it.
The filter expired, please replace. (also mask, tube and water tank)
What it means: A replacement reminder you set has come due.
What to do: Replace the part and confirm the reminder, or choose Ignore to be reminded at the next start.
It is time for device maintenance, Please contact the service provider for device maintenance.
What it means: The maintenance interval set on the machine has passed.
What to do: Contact your supplier to arrange service.
Low battery charge, reports may not be saved. / RTC clock failure. Reports may not be saved.
What it means: The internal coin cell or clock has a problem, so usage reports may not be recorded.
What to do: Contact your supplier if you need your reports saved, for example for insurance compliance.
Power failure beeping
What it means: The buzzer sounds if the power cord is pulled out or power fails during use.
What to do: Check the power connections. The manual says therapy resumes if power returns within 60 minutes.
