ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet error codes and alerts

Find the message on your screen below. Most alerts clear with a simple check: the water chamber seated, the tube connected, the filter clean. If a code keeps coming back after the fix, stop using the machine and contact your equipment supplier or the manufacturer.

High leak (tub) High leak detected, check your water tub, tub seal or side cover

What it means: The water tub or its seal is not inserted properly.

What to do: Reseat the tub. Open it and check the seal is pressed in all the way round.

High leak (tubing) High leak detected, connect your tubing

What it means: The tubing is loose at one end, or the mask is fitted incorrectly.

What to do: Push the tubing firmly onto both ends. Refit the mask or run Mask Fit from My Options.

Tubing blocked Tubing blocked, check your tubing

What it means: Something is blocking airflow in the tubing.

What to do: Clear the blockage, press the dial to clear the message, then press Start/Stop to restart.

SD card error SD card error, remove your card and press Start to begin therapy

What it means: The SD card may not be inserted correctly.

What to do: Remove and reinsert the SD card.

SD card read only Read only card, please remove, unlock and re-insert SD card

What it means: The SD card's lock switch is in the read-only position.

What to do: Slide the switch to unlock and reinsert the card.

Error 004 System fault, refer to user guide, Error 004

What it means: The guide lists: machine left somewhere hot, a blocked air filter, blocked tubing or water in the tubing.

What to do: Let it cool, replace a blocked filter, clear the tubing or empty water from it. Then disconnect and reconnect the power supply to restart.

Error 0XX (other numbers) System fault, refer to user guide, Error 0XX

What it means: An unrecoverable error has occurred on the device.

What to do: Contact your care provider. Do not open the device.

Humidifier indicator Sleep Report: Humidifier might be faulty, contact your care provider

What it means: The Sleep Report's humidifier line shows the humidifier may not have worked properly.

What to do: Check the tub is seated and has water, then contact your care provider if it keeps showing.
