What to do: Check the outlet, power cord and adapter plug in the DC inlet.

Find the message on your screen below. Most alerts clear with a simple check: the water chamber seated, the tube connected, the filter clean. If a code keeps coming back after the fix, stop using the machine and contact your equipment supplier or the manufacturer.
What it means: Power was lost while the machine was blowing air; it beeps after about 6 seconds.
What to do: Check the outlet, power cord and adapter plug in the DC inlet.
What it means: No airflow is coming out of the machine.
What to do: Unplug for 20 seconds and restart. If it returns, stop using the machine and call your supplier.
What it means: Leak has stayed excessive for about 40 seconds during therapy.
What to do: Refit the mask, check both tube connections and look for a worn cushion. Press Mute to silence; the alarm sounds again after two minutes if the leak is still there.
What it means: The adapter is supplying less than 22 V.
What to do: Use the original Luna power adapter in a working outlet; call your supplier if it persists.
What it means: The humidifier is not working.
What to do: Let it cool, reseat the chamber, and call your supplier if it repeats.
What it means: The filter reminder has come due.
What to do: Replace or clean the filter.
What it means: The SD card is full.
What to do: Ask your supplier for a new card; remove the old one only with airflow off.
What it means: The SD card is not working or not seated.
What to do: With airflow off, reseat the card until the correct-insertion symbol shows.
