Resvent Medical Technology Co., Ltd. is a Shenzhen, China maker of sleep therapy and ventilation devices sold under the iBreeze name. Resvent USA (Leawood, Kansas) says the FDA granted the company an Emergency Use Authorization in 2020 to begin selling in the US, and lists the iBreeze 20A auto CPAP and the iBreeze 30STA bilevel as the units available here. In July 2026 the FDA cleared a 510(k) for the RXiBreeze PAP System (RXiBreeze 20C).
